Located a few kilometres outside Alberobello, we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights as part of a tour around Southern Italy, sharing the hotel with several other tour parties and a couple of wedding receptions during our stay. Nevertheless, the place did not feel cramped and the catering staff appeared to cope admirably with the numbers. Indeed, given that there were upwards of 200 people dining on most nights, the service was very efficient while the quality of food was extremely high and seemingly genuine Italian fare rather than someone’s interpretation of what they thought foreign tourists would prefer. Although we were required to select from a table d’hote menu 24 hours in advance of each dinner, the choice was good with at least 3 dishes available for each of the 3 courses while a selection of salad items was also available on a side table to help yourself (I did note that a couple of other tour parties were only offered 2 dishes for each course, perhaps a reflection of some price limit imposed on the hotel by the tour operator). Wine was availed to order, with a wide range to choose from and reasonably priced from €14 upwards per bottle - any wine left over was stored and made available the next night.
Breakfast was a self-service buffet with the usual array of breads, cakes, cold meats and cheese, cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurt as well as fried eggs and bacon, juices and hot drinks.
The bedroom was spacious, with a comfortable bed (slightly hard mattress which is to our preference), plenty of power sockets available to recharge various electrical items, and a large bathroom containing a bath. Despite the large numbers in the hotel, it was remarkably quite and peaceful while the communal areas similarly seemed uncrowded and restful. The hotel has a large swimmming pool and gardens within which are some trulli which are available for overnight stays.

I really liked this place and the rooms are larger and comfortable as are the beds.
The whole facility is extremely relaxing and it is great just to wander though the well maintained gardens. Food and breakfast are all great and the large foyer/reception area is a great place for a quiet drink or coffee.
The only thing that really lets this establishment down is the somber faces of the staff - they just don’t smile. When they talk with you it’s almost like they’re hating their job and hating having to talk with you. At one time a tall man at the reception was serving me and not once did he make eye contact or smile, I did ask him if he was having a bad day.
In hospitality, a warm look and smile goes a long way.

This hotel is situated about 20 minutes drive from Alberobello which is the main attraction of the area. It is a beautiful hotel in nice grounds with trulli accommodation if you want the experience. There is also a magical garden which is a lovely place to sit. You do need transport to visit the areas attractions as the hotel shuttle does only go into Alberobello. I spent 4 nights here on a Saga tour and was very impressed. It is quiet and peaceful here despite being very busy, it is very popular with coach groups. I was particularly impressed with the food, the standard and the presentation in particular . The staff work very hard to deliver food of a high standard to a lot of guests. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is an excellent base to visit the area including Bari and the coast and of course the unforgettable trullis.

Nice hotel, no complaints. Very clean and food good but menu choice restricted.
We travelled with TRAVELSPHERE and our tour manager ALAN was excellent and couldnt be faulted in any way. The tour was very good but Alan made it that little bit special. Hotel had nice swimming pool and was an excellent choice as a base, and only 5 minutes away from Alberobello by inexpensive taxi.

Loved this hotel although it was out in the country away from everything. Easy cab into Alberobello. This is in a beautiful area of Italy. The trulli houses (google them) are incredible to see. Thousands of them dot the countryside and are available to rent in many places including the hotel
Went to a fabulous dinner at a nearby farm that was fabulous.
It is a convention center so can be crowded at times but they did great with their service.
