I stayed at 4th floor, room 410 was very quiet, reasonably large with a sofa and two french windows. Everything was spotless clean, the bed very comfortable and the temperature in the room optional 19C, as well as outside sunshine and some 20C.I booked direct,so I had breakfast every morning, 7e, was worth it.Service was kind and the staff always very attentive and smiling. We usually rent an apartment in Nice, le Florence was a good choice for a four day trip - could have stayed longer. Hotel is very ecological.

Nice hotell with perfect location. 10 min walk to the railwaystation, to old town and to the beach. shopping just around the corner. So in the middle of everything. Staff very friendly and helpful. Small room but very clean. Perfect hotel for a short stay

Overall I think the word "Grand" is misleading. I would rate this hotel as "Good". The room we booked was small but I think that was the norm in central Nice at the rate we were paying. However, the room was well appointed and in good condition, bed comfortable and the exterior terrace was delightful in the extended indian summer days. The hotel is well situated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was nothing outstanding "Grand" about this hotel but it was a good place to stay. I was satisfied at the rate we paid. We did not have breakfast at this hotel

The hotel is in a brilliant location close to the shops and just a short walk from the fountain. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We arrived early and was unable to check-in but they stored the luggage for us.
The room was quite small with not a lot of room to move especially in the bathroom but was certainly clean and nicely decorated.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from September 15-19 and were absolutely thrilled with every aspect of our stay. The room was clean, beautifully laid out, plenty of room, gorgeous glass doors opening onto the balcony which overlooked the street, the bathroom was so rich and bright with shelves to lay things, it was very quiet in the hotel, closing the shutters outside the balcony doors at night kept out any street noise, the front desk people were very helpful and pleasant and the price was amazing (just $148.02 per night in Canadian dollars). We travelled through Europe for a month and without hesitation, I can stay this was by far our best hotel. We hated to leave. If you're planning on visiting Nice, stay here and you'll be thrilled you did. Thank you again to the owners, management and staff of this hotel for a memorable stay.
