First impressions from outside is good.
But a lot of particolare are not five star level.
This Hotel five stars is in fact a good 3 Star.
The place is very Big and the swimming pool very good but the service and the rooms are very simple.
The breakfast is not a five star level.
And the air condition doesn't work enough.

We travelled to this hotel with a group of 40 for 3 nights. Most of our group had problems with the air conditioning. The hotel controls the system from a computer and no matter what you set your temperature in your room, it doesn't work. Its very uncomfortable. We had to change rooms at midnight because it wasn't working.

For sure a top location, a perfect place to stop a few days and explore the wonderful Cilento. It's very quite, very close to the sea. Breakfast is breath taking, lunch and dinner very good. Rooms are huge and service is perfect. You will be welcomed in a top hotel, with the warmth of an Italian family.

We wer a family of four with 2 small children who took 2 rooms next to each other in a low season AND last minute.
From outside the hotel look all luxurious and exudes the atmosphere of 5 star but once inside, I could not help notice the small details that were so lacking and this feeling that we were one of the only guests there. I think they had a wedding or a party the night we arrived but did not see any other guests.
Lady at the reception was very helpful even if a bit nervous. Recommended good restaurants nearby. Heating was not so optimal as it was the air heating and the hot air would blow right on our faces as we lay in bed but it was way too cold to turn it off during the night so we all woke up with dry throat.
Breakfast was, what can I say, a bit sad.... All pre-packaged stuff though they did bring us some eggs when we asked for it and they did try to do their best to accommodate us.
Effort was of 5 star quality but if you are looking for a true opulent luxury this hotel is not it.

Great customer service from all the staff,superb food, the rooms are lovely and claen, free shuttle bus service throughout the day,The breakfast buffet selection is good with a great service. and the overall ambience is calm and relaxing wonderful place to stay.
