this hotel is decorate in renaissance style very nice , good for stay overnight . Breakfast need to have more choice of hot food and no fruits . I thnik the hotel need to pay attention in breakast . I like everything except breakfast

Great stay at this hotel. Went with my boyfriend just for a weekend of relax. We had a lovely room facing the square , clean and cosy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful starting from reception, spa ...until the doorman. Breakfast was rich, although continental , but with plenty of choices. The spa was a great thing as it gave the possibility to relax while outside the weather didn't offered the possibility of too much outdoor activity. It was a pleasant experience, would definitely stay again in this hotel in case of a further occasion.

When we arrived here,we looked at the sign of the hotel.the letter"E"was missing.it turned out that the letter "E"did not light up.i think that there was no lights put on the letter"E".
Service was great,food was great.the waiters were formally dressed and the price was fair.overall this truly deserves 4✨!

We took 5 nights in this hotel. The price was not expensive. The location is at the center of the little town and the main square. The breakfast is good but you have to pay for egg 6 euro, for cheese 6 euro,for vechetible 6 euro. The room is clean but after asking to clean the dust under the bed at the first day. The stuff are very nice and helpful and except the problem of breakfast ,we had a good time. The spa is very good and include 4 kind of sauna and terminal pool. The swimming pool and jakuzi on the roof were good. Most of the visitors are very old at this town and if you are yang go to the clubs at other city. So it is a good hotel for health visitors or for people that go all over Toscana and come to sleep at the hotel (that 's us).

Im happy to say this Hotel is a very pleasant and enjoyable place. This is one of those places that you want to spend your vacation to get away from your home life because of all the usual reasons, but when you actually get there you realize you found a place you will always cherish and remember!
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week in July 2012 as part of a tour organized AAA Travel Agency here in the USA. The hotel building and rooms were sufficient with great personality and charm. Rooms are very spacious, very quiet. The room staff is very nice and helpful if we needed any thing extra for the suite.
The reception staff did speak some English or did understand English which making is very easy to find our way around the hotel and city if we needed to ask questions about our day to come.
The food was pretty good and we were given a tour package pre approved menu with some pretty good choices for each course. The dining room staff was always smiling and their appearance was bright and cheery. They served us with great care and were very professional and quite accommodating to our requests for wines and water and deserts when we were ready... Tea and coffee after dinner was quite relaxing after each dinning experience. The ambiance in the second dinning room which wasn’t the same as main dining room was a little more reserved with not as many guests the nights we were there it appeared to me. Our tour - group of approximately 35 people of men and woman, no children all enjoyed and felt welcome as guests in the hotel for the week were where there.
The Spa, wow we all loved it, and have not seen any other Spas that even compare - It's like a hidden gem of a place with warm changing lights, sauna, pool, great warm water and flowing waterfall, and everything you need to feel like you are in pretty awesome dream. DON’T forget to go for the Spa, we had the best time in the spa!
