I am staying in this hotel and perhaps I am one of rarest guest who is writing review before check-out. I am in room no 7106 from 21-24 Nov to celebrate our wedding anniversary which is today on 22nd. We called room service and ordered then an anniversary chocolate cake with 1 candle to celebrate our anniversary. First they refuse to deliver at room, when we ask them cancel then they became agree and just delivered in a paper box. No candle no matchbox and no knife. We called third time then they brought matchbox but knife is still missing. At last we requested then a staff came with lighter but he was ready to lit candle then and there. We clearly mentioned that we are here to celebrate our anniversary. Is this the hospitality Hyatt have!!!! Hayat means Life but with this poor treatment on my anniversary I feel that hayat is missing in grandness.

We were blown away by our visit to the Grand Hyatt Goa. From our arrival to departure we experienced impeccable service.
We checked in online and had an airport transfer included in our club room stay. Our transfer was seamless in a nice Audi straight to the hotel. Took about 30 minutes. On arrival we were transferred directly to a golf buggy and whisked to our room, along with a porter and a receptionist who checked us in from our own room.
The room itself is really pretty with a large balcony. We opted for a club view room and were not disappointed. Our room had a great view over the grounds and sea, with ample comfortable seating to lounge around on. The room is of a decent size and very luxurious. There's not a huge amount of storage, so one to watch. Other than that, the room was ideal. Cleanliness was faultless.
The grounds of the hotel are stunning (you'll see from my photos). There are so many team members constantly working hard maintaining the grounds and gardens, silent heroes! You could spend hours just wandering admiring the surroundings.
Food and beverage was also a high. We dined in Verandah where Minoj took great care of us. Service and food was delicious, in particular the lamb and the jumbo king prawns. Mmmm. We'd have a nightcap in Capiz bar overlooking the fire pit where Sudan would chat away and make us feel most welcome. As our room included club lounge access, we often relaxed over some nibbles and drink. Allison took good care of us there too.
The Wicked Sunday Bruce is also a good choice. Includes half price spa treatments before the brunch starts at 1pm, and the. Unlimited food and alcohol until 4pm with live music. One not to miss.
I used the spa once and was impressed by the massage experience. The indoor pool is good for a colder evening. The outdoor pool is a spectacle and great to laze around in.
Overall we loved our experience from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.

Rooms were neat and clean even the location was near the beach. Rooms were spacious with all modern facilities. With three swimming pools one was indoor. They had a casino I house it was also a new experience

Excellent, huge property, wonderfully maintained. Very sincere and helpful staff. Food is great. The spa is very good as well.The private beach will leave more to desire. Narrow, muddy beach with very calm water.

This is very well maintained property and clean place.
It is located away from busy beaches and Panjim. You will need to take taxi to go visit any place outside of resort.
Bit expensive, but great place.
