We have stayed at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne a number of times and the accomodation is always high quality, with the staff helpful, professional and courteous. It is always a good way to spend a night in Melbourne and a very restful place after a day of activity. The city views at night are welcomed.

This hotel makes you feel special, service food and rooms amazing. Great location, lots of shops as is in city centre. The food is amazing, breakfast has more options than I have ever seen.The rooms are exceptional, with a large bathroom, everything is of a very high standard.

The trip was mainly for celebrating the wedding anniversary of my parents. Their room and that of mine were very well appointed; the special arrangements for my parents (decorations with flowers and petals, etc.) were made superbly. Staff services during our 4 days' stay were impeccable thoroughout. We had a very memorable holiday! All in all, with our experience and with the excellent location of the hotel,.we deemed the hotel was a highly recommendable choice in this charming city.

For what you receive it is overpriced in comparison to other accommodation. Location is good, rooms small though clean.
Overall average for price, for over $400 per night I would think a microwave at least would be available. Charged me an extra $630 for 3 nights to bring my wife in a king room. Ripoff

very well-suited for business or for sight seeing with a central location in mind. very close to major commercial and offices. Wide range of restaurants and pubs to sample if you want to venture outside the hotel for your meals. easy tram and train access via flinders station
