The Location is ideal for Travelers Traveling to Coorg, Mangalore and also for Folks within the City. However the Place is not Maintained well and the Service is really average. The pool was in such a bad condition and Food Pricing needs a Review.
Food Taste is Ok for a Avid Food Lover. Consider other Options before booking this Place.

This hotel is value for money if you are using online discount vouchers, else not the best of the options. The location is quite far from the city and it's good if you are travelling in your own vehicle. Service is Good. Restaurant, Bar and In room delivery is good. Facilities are good but can't really estimate this as a resort. Bar, Swimming pool available. Swimming pool is open from 10 AM to 3 PM only. Rooms are clean including the bathroom. Toiletries are good. Hot water available. The AC was not good in the room which I have stayed. There is no balcony in the standard deluxe room. Power cut is very often and backup available and is immediate but the AC has to be switched on again and hence, if there is a power cut in the night, you may have wake up few times. Fans are available in the room. Staff is cooperative. Restaurant food was good in quantity and quality is OK except the morning breakfast where we got sambar which tasted like lukewarm water. Other orders at the restaurant were good. Totally, this hotel is value for money with MMT discount vouchers.

Delux rooms are real good . We had taken 2 rooms . facilities are pretty good , swimming pool with toddler pool & children play area .
Rooms are spacious , large & clean toilets . A/c were pretty heavy duty & effective .
Resturant is also pretty decent with bar attached .
Little away from city Center , but in mysore any tourist attraction is only 20mins away from where ever you are .
Suited us best as there was a family friend wedding in the same resort organised very nicely .

It was a good stay at this place recently when we visited Mysore. Service was good. But some waiters lack decency. When we entered in tired because of travel they did not show courtesy. Rather were expecting tips from us. I didn't care a damn. throughout our 3 days stay I never paid them tip even some of them genuinely good.
Food was good. Not great. For breakfast normally it comes as complimentary in all hotels. Here they charged us for breakfast.

The hotel was nowhere near the showcased pictures and the rooms were substandard and was really disappointed for the price set. The front desk person was really rude and not at all helpful.
I had booked a superior room through GOIBIBO but I was given a mediocre one which they claimed to be a superior one. They showed no interest and gave lame excuses about why the room priorly booked could not be given.
Very disappointed and would not suggest it to anybody. it is also mainly booked for wedding and thus would be very disturbing for guests.
The only saving grace is the restaurant attached to the hotel.
