Nice place to stay. £15 from here to Covent Garden in a black cab. Friendly staff. Old world feel inside. Not modern or flash. Stayed in room 602 Club Room. Nice and clean. Great shower. Fresh Fruit in the room for us. Comfortable and quiet. Wouldn’t stay again but that’s because I would try somewhere different and is no reflection on the hotel.

I have been staying in all 5/6/7 stars hotels in Uk & around the world eg Waldorf Astoria,Emirates Palace,Corinthia,Savoy,Shangrila,Armani,Bvlgari,Atlantis,Burj Al Arab,Ritz,Le Muerice,Taj etc
Where ever we go they flag us VIP.
But i must say Grand Royale London Hyde Park is ony of my best and favourite hotel in London.i love the antique and classy touch,amazing ambiance.a true Royale experience.
I am a regular costomer in this Hotel and most of my family from UK & Middleast are regular ones too.
Mr Ankur Sehgal and his dedicated team always determined to give you the best of best service.this gentleman always go extra mile to make us happy no matter how busy they are.
Flawless to be honest,He always go above and beyond to look after all his customers and the regular ones.
Recently i visited hotel as it was my wife's birthday,as soon as my wife walked in the special Suit she had tears of joy in her eyes.
A Big Massive Huge thanks to Mr Sehgal for making my wife's birthday memorable.we truely appreciate each and every details,you did the same back in 2015 when came for our wedding night.
There are many hotels in the area but i always choose Grand Royale London Hyde Park because of its nice clean,quite peaceful rooms,flawless super fast service and much more.
In Concierge/Reception Mr Rizwan took care of me in the most loving and friendly way,Mr Alius & Anifa are also my one of the best staff as they gave us best services.
Mr Vilad,Mr Nonu & Mr Dani from room service people they specially took care of my babys buggy and our luggage with a lovely simle on their faces.
In Breakfast team Ms Adriana,Ms Manuela,Ms Tedoora & Raminudas these lovely ladies took care of me and my family a lot
Especially Ms Adriana helped me so much she is a star.
Chef Pravin personally came to ask me and made food exactly as per my wife's dietary requirements as she has got multiple allergies and my son also.

Just returned from a two night stay at the Grande Royale where myself my Husband my Brother and Sister in law celebrated my husbands 60th birthday.
The rooms were clean with flat screen TV and air conditioning ( we had it turned up warm) Tea/coffee making facilities which were replenished daily with small packs of biscuits.
I personally hate UHT milk and requested some fresh milk.This was given without any problem.
On arrival our room wasn't ready and we had hot drinks provided after a long journey.
Breakfast was amazing so much to choose from.
There is a restaurant for evening meal which is reccomended to book.We didn't have an evening meal there as was out and about but the menu looked varied and prices reasonable.
It was raining the day we arrived and we were loaned umbrellas from the hotel.
Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff.
If there was anything to critique it was the price of the drinks in the hotel bar but I suppose this is to be expected as generally are more expensive than pubs.
It would also have been nice and would make the lounge area more welcoming if the fire was put on as it was chilly
The location was good we could walk to hyde park where we did visit winter wonderland.
The hotel is in The Bayswater area the area itself has plenty of of shops restaurants and bars.
We would stay there again and highly reccomend it.

This hotel is 1/2 block from Hyde Park and very near 2 tube stations. The hotel lobby is full of dark wood and stained glass and you feel like you're in a very classic English hotel. The rooms are small.
Hotel staff was excellent and most helpful. We got in our room a little early which we appreciated.
Dined there twice and food was good. Breakfast very generous as well
