The most terrible experience ever.
A nightmare from check-in till check-out, unfriendly, unpolite and unprofessional staff!
Those people should be fired right away, front desk, concierge, bell boys.
There are better hotels with a great service, they should not be on this business anymore!!!

I just checked out of the hotel this morning and forgot my cell phone in my bed.
When I called the hotel to tell them I left it they said they didn't find it. And that I had only left a pair of underwear, which I found strange.
I go back to the hotel. They will not let me check the room myself...so I ask for this famous underwear I "left". They hand it over in a plastic bag and...as I know I haven't left any underwear "...I check it. And...as I already knew...it wasn't mine.
The staff was unhelpful and dishonest. Don't say at this hotel. Ther are plenty of other hotels in Milan that don't try and scam their guests.

Just come back having spent 3 nights at the Grand Visconti Palace. The rooms are super, spotlessly clean and the beds so so comfortable.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located 200 mtrs from the nearest Metro station and 4 stops from the Douno and 8 stops from Central station on the Yellow line getting around is really easy.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a great hotel at reasonable room rates.

We stayed for 3 nights in a family suite - 2 adjoining rooms with a small room between them, which was ideal for us and our 2 sons (14 and 18) to have a bit of privacy but be close enough to have a chat. The rooms were bright and clean and we were given a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival. We also had an espresso machine as well as traditional tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast was a great buffet selection of hot and cold with plenty of choice and a nice selection of fruit and pastries.
We used the pool which was quite big by hotel standards but had to buy caps (3 Euros each) to use it. The sauna and steam room were fine but the jacuzzi wasn't very warm. The gym looked well equipped but we didn't use it.
The hotel is only a few hundred yards from the tube station and then it's only 4 stops on the yellow line to Duomo and the cathedral and shops so it's really easy to get about. We also went to the football at the San Siro whilst there and again this was easy on the tube.
We ate at a great Pizza restaurant that is walking distance from the hotel called Pepe Nero- they had a great selection of home made pizas at a great price and the staff were really friendly.

Really comfortable modern hotel lovely room and great breakfast every thing you could want.
The hotel is easy access to the metro and only 4 stops to the Dumo so really easy to get around.
The staff are very helpful and happy to organise places to eat or taxis trips etc.
Some really good restaurants within walking distance
