a fabulous view of the sea. The breakfast was very average but suitable for our children.
Very disappointed that both the hotel pool and beach were closed during our stay. The pool being one of the main reasons for our choice.
The hotel is centrally located for nearby restaurants and close to the bay of silence.
Far of being the best ...
Ormizdon 31/12/2016 19:47stayed for 2 nights in order to test hotels locally for a 3 weeks stay in next summer for the Cinque Terre. Location is pleasant, next to the sea and 5 min walk from the station. The rest is simply poor : room ok, bathroom with trace of humidity, no toothbrushing glasses provided, furnitures are not in good condition, no pen or paper or information about hotel, reception, services and surroundings. Rooms are not noisy, but doors are noisy so you can hear everything happenning outside of the room. People at the reception are cold and, if not unpleasant, totally uninterested by clients. Breakfast is an ordinary international impersonal place and again service is not even saying a good morning when you take place. Fruits in the fruit basket are not replaced, and lot of them were flawed. The parking is not guaranteed, and when I mentioned to the reception that I was not able to park due to the fact a car was taking to park places the personal at the reception just smiled. Finally we did not want to enter the restaurant the first evening as it was so cold and empty. We had no smiles ... Overall disappointing and expensive experience. You can find much better prices for a much better quality and service in the same city. In any case not the level of a 4 four star !!!!
Nice hotel in a beautiful location
Emma Bon 06/11/2016 11:43I was in Sestri Levante for a conference for 6 days. The hotel was lovely, however the room was very small and there was no desk. There was a pool on the roof offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding area and eating breakfast in the outside garden was a really nice start to the day. The location of the hotel is across the road from beaches where you have to rent sun beds, therefore I would suggest walking 5 mins round to the Baia del Silenzio. The internet was poor and would not reach my room on the first floor, however it was reasonably good in the reception area.

Breakfast OK, but sometimes You have to wsit too long to get coffee and tea, because there was only one machine avaible for many persons early in the morning. Nice pool at the top og the hotel with a wonderful view

ClaudioLaaxon 20/09/2016 18:49Located in fron of the sea , walking distance to the old town. The room was big enough with a nice view over the beach and sea. Breakfast is served in a nice garden. Friendly staff members.Very dog friendly. Stunning pool but overall overpriced.
