Nice size room well furnished but for £260 night the room just wasn't worth it. No robes or slippers- not even complimentary water.
The lamp shade in the room was broken due to old age and the tap in the bathroom was dripping constantly and clearly had for sometime. Little attention to detail! The room was noisy with banging and heavy walking in the room above 3am - but can't really blame the hotel.

This is a very comfortable and lovely hotel. We stayed for one night as we were eating in London at Langans.
We were fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room.the beds are very comfortable. This is a great location as it is just a minutes walk to Tower Hill underground station. We did not stay for breakfast.

Lovely hotel with panelling doors and cupboards decor . Beautiful view of Tower Bridge and the Shard . My only disappointment was the beds which were hollow and uncomfortable to sleep on . Was no point making a fuss for 2 days but when pointed out to Management they did advise they could have changed the beds or rooms if notified early .

Positives:great location, rooms good size, pool& leisure facilities great. negatives: rooms overlook trainplatforms, noisy, housekeeping late, toiletries poor, milk off, no robes. St. Paul's grange better

The hotel is right next to the tower hill tube station thats the best thing about the hotel. Pretty basic rooms clean enough to stay for few nights. The health club is excellent. They call it 5 star but it can be classed as 3 star. The bar decor needs to be changed its worst then few weather spoons. All staffs really helpful.
