The overall experience was superb, the pool facilities are great and Spock spam clean, fresh towels and water and fresh fruit. The room was superb again and as for the breakfast again superb plentiful and tasty

This is a very nice hotel at a sensible price. It's not quite going to rival the mayfair and park lane high end hotels though it will knock the socks off any 4 star in London and there are plenty of London 5 star hotels which wont touch this for overall quality.
The service is excellent, Doorman, porters, concierge, reception, bar and restaurant teams are all first class. The check in was simple with no queuing.
The hotel itself is very nice and has been fitted out to high standard and all still feels very new, the room I had was a standard I believe and it had two sumptuously big beds, TV, tea/Coffee making facilities, Iron and board, well stocked Minibar. The shower was one of those multijet systems which gets you from all angles and there is a separate Bath should you want it.
The temperature control was straightforward and not noisy as some can be and the curtains were heavy enough and thick enough to block out every scrap of daylight.
There is a Spa facility that looked amazing though I didn't try it. The breakfast was comprehensive and wont leave you wanting.
Location wise it is based in Tower Bridge about a 5 minute walk from the Tower Hill and Tower Gateway tubes and an abundance of taxi's ready to be hailed by the doorman mean that you'll be anywhere in London in a blink.
This is a great one for all purposes really, if you are heading out to the O2 or exhibition centres then you are perfectly on the DLR but if you are heading more Westend then you're on the circle line within minutes or take a walk as you're not far from much.
Visit the shard while you are here, you can see it from the hotel and it's only a 15 minute walk across TowerBridge and past the Tower of London.
If you are looking for a place to base yourself to enjoy London then you wont be disappointed. I would be happy with a price anywhere under £225 per night for a basic room with breakfast though they do deals much cheaper than this on occassion.

I have stayed at the Grange Hotel Tower Bridge a couple times before and have always been happy and so when my partners birthday came around I decided to return.
I booked directly with the hotel and mentioned in the comment box it was for a birthday treat and wanted to make it special.
I was contacted by customer relations and was offered a list of extras I could pay for to help celebrate a birthday.
I decided to pay for some balloons and birthday banners at a cost of £14 in total including a tray charge of £4.
I always thought the Grange Hotel had high standards so I thought this was a good purchase.
How wrong was I. When we got to the room door it had a Happy Birthday banner stuck to it. This looked like a good start but once we went in there was a couple more banners stuck diagonally on the doors and a total of 5 loose balloons. 2 laying on the bed, 2 on the sofa and 1 one the floor.
They could of even stuck the balloons to the wall instead of just leaving them loose around the place. It almost looked like somebody had started decorating and just got bored and gave up.
My partner assumed it was complementary. I was too embarrassed to say I had paid for this and didn’t want to complain straight away as I didn’t want to spoil our visit.
I did mention it to the reception staff at check out but instead of make a complaining about it at the desk, I emailed their customer relations instead.
I received a reply saying sorry I was unhappy with it and they will pass on my feedback. The email also said that no one had been dissatisfied with the balloons and banners before. I can only assume then that either I expected to much from a 5 star hotel or this was an isolated incident and the person who set up the room was having a bad day.
Just an apology from the hotel just shows try aren’t really that bothered. It’s not so much the money as it’s only £14 but if they had offered to credit back what I paid, I would of felt a bit better as mistakes and off days can happen.
I think I’m future I won’t pay for any extras as they are simply not worth it.

Stayed here for one night when attending a birthday locally. Nice hotel with good facilities, check in was fast and efficient. Used the spa which was great and had good selection of saunas and steam rooms. Drink prices in the bar were astronomical... and I live in London so am used too high prices. Would consider staying here again it's a great location next to tower bridge and the rooms were large for a London hotel.

Two weeks ago i staid at this hotel for the 5th time. Every time i stay i always have a good experience. All staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The hotel is clean to a high standard. All rooms were refreshed every day. When i booked i ordered breakfast at the reduce rate, this was a good price. The standard of food was excellent, room service and breakfast in bed was available. I took afternoon tea for one it was well presented with a big choice of tea's. There was plenty of staff at check in and check out, this time i check in on line 3 days before my visit, so this made my check in experience very quick. I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. I was on the top floor and the views of London were amazing.I would strongly recommend this hotel as a excellent hotel to stay at. Well done to all staff.
