My partner booked this place back in September. Our stay was due to be 10th Nov, me , my partner and our two dogs. We received a phone call from the hotel approximately around 9.30am on the morning of the 10th. The lady asked what time we would be arriving, to which my partner said around 3.00pm. We then asked if the room was on a lower floor as we have an elderly dog. She replied that they didn't take dogs (its states they do on booking.com). This meant we had to cancel then spend the next 2hrs frantically trying to find a place to stay for the night. We then received an email from the hotel the following day saying they were sorry we had to cancel. On Monday 13th Nov my partner notice payment for the room had been taken from her account. When she rang the hotel the women asked if it was some kind of joke and STATED she had not rang us on the Friday (even though she sent an email Saturday saying she was sorry we had to cancel). She then asked who we had spoken too, and in the same breath saying she was the only one who took the bookings (guessing it was you then). Its clear they have lied and took our money. We are currently taking advice and will pursue the matter further.

We stopped for two nights. We was greeted and welcomed by a lovely lady on reception who was very helpful with any of our questions. The room itself was large, clean and had all basic facilities. The shower was lovely!
We was amused by the fact that there were two bedside wall lamps, the switch on my side operated the opposite sides lamp and vise versa, it also took us a good hour to realise the shower is back to front meaning you have to have it on the cold setting for hot water! But it's not a complaint by us, we found it rather funny!
Bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep, our room was tidied and refreshments topped up while we was out.
Overall happy with our stay, and will happily return!

The only down fall was there was no mirror in the room near a plug socket to straighten or curl hair the only mirror was in the bathroom but apart from that everything was fantastic very clean very spacious lovely big soft towels we had a lovely very welcoming stay would deffinatley recommed and deffinatley stay here again

We stayed for 2 nights, myself,my daughter and my 2 grandsons, we had a deluxe family room which was very big, the beds were very comfy and the bathroom was large and modern with a bath and a very good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location ideally situated and only a short walk to either the beach or the town centre. We will definitely stay here again

first impression nice friendly place,on leaving closed the door of room to go see if my friend was ready heard almighty bang quickly went back in and hatch door above shower romm had fell down covering the room and my belongings with dust...on telling the lad who was on reception what had happened his response was ok...then thanked me for telling him...note to staff an APOLOGY would have been better....RUDE..
