My son (2y4m) had an amazing weekend at great wolf lodge. I can't say enough about how clean the entire place was and how nice the staff was. My only disappointment for him was that there was only one "big" slide that he was able to go down. We will definitely come back when he's bigger. For reference 42" gets you on the "smaller" big slides and 48" gets you on anything.
We stayed in the Kid Kamp room, and my only complaint was that there was no way to close off his room from the rest of us when he went to sleep. A curtain across the doorway and some shades over the window would be great, because we felt that we couldn't do much in the room without disturbing my son.
For the waterpark, I loved it. As an adult the kids on the play structure trying to dump buckets of water on my head was tiresome, but kids will be kids. What I really didn't like was the locker cash grab. I felt like that should be included, or at least 1 locker rental should be included.

this hotel is so dirty, the rooms smelt like sour milk, stains on the sheets, dirtiest hotel I have ever been to. for the amount of money they charge for one night you'd think they could change the sheets . the water park was so packed you couldn't even move around in the pool, hair for other people was all over the floor just pure nasty. I paid for my pictures to get sent threw email and they sent the wrong pic. so I paid to have pictures of some other family. waste of money. Hilton is the best hotel in Niagara Falls, they have a nice pool with a slide. I will not be coming back to Great Wolf Lodge, I will happily save my money or go to the Hilton

I would recommend this resort to anyone with a family it is a good place for children very clean safe and lots of fun for the children. Lots to do and see if it is your first time the rooms are clean and nice size I would book for two night as your so tired the next day just need time to unwind before you leave

We stayed here with our 3 kids (aged 9 - 16) for 1 night. We wished we could of stayed longer! The staff were super friendly and we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Everywhere we went it was spotless and well maintained. The room was excellent and the younger kids enjoyed their "den" The waterpark was so much fun for all ages! It also was spotless and extremely well maintained. The line ups were never very long so you get to actually enjoy your day instead of spending 50% of your time waiting. There were so many other activities for the kids to enjoy outside of the waterpark but our stay wasn't long enough to squeeze them in. We enjoyed the arcade though. We were celebrating our daughters birthday and the extra little attention paid to her was very touching. All in all, we came home raving about this place to all our family and friends. We'll definitely be back!!

My daughter was a guest of her friend for her friends 16th birthday party. The night was spent at the lodge with 5- 15 or 16 year old girls and the mom of the birthday girl. The night involved 5 young ladies that were terrified all night as there was a man outside their door peeping and listening. The mom phoned the front desk 3 times within 20 minutes and was told that security would take care of it. She also slept at the door with a blow up bed that the lodge provided. When leaving the next day the mom talked to a manager and was told nothing was recorded in their log about the incident.
The fact that someone can get into the hallways near rooms is unacceptable in todays day and age. The security of the guest is questionable at best. Why was security not notified. The girls were scared for their lives and nobody took it seriously. This is totally unacceptable and we will never return, and will tell anyone about the incident if they are willing to listen.
