Comfortable but average. Well located at the end of the sea front but tucked behind another row of buildings so no sea view. Private parking behind to the rear but cars were stacked so not sure what would have happened if we were first in but needed to be first out. Unable to comment on breakfast as it was served fairly late and we were early starters so couldn't par take.
Rooms need a bit of modernisation and the walls on the 2nd floor at least were incredibly thin, we had a full update on our neighbours movements over the next few months and he definitely snores!! Windows on the front of the building could do with being double glazed as there is a bus stop outside and plenty of pedestrians so don't expect a quiet night. Overall it was clean and tidy and the owners were lovely.

Just returned home from a week here with our little dog Jensen, Steve & Sharon are most welcoming hosts and have very good knowledge of the local area. The guest house is situated on the seafront a short walk from the promenade, our room was with en-suite, with king size bed which was very comfortable.Guest rates are for B&B, Jensen was made to feel as welcome as we were, being treated to a freshly cooked sausage each morning,breakfast time has a friendly atmosphere, a car park is situated at the rear of the guest house. If you are looking for a good central location within walking distance of the harbour and its amenities you need look no further than here.

Nicely located at the quiet end of the front, parking space available at rear.
Our room had a large bed and had drink making facilities, ensuite toilet and shower, tv and wi fi.
Breakfast was excellent.
Owners of the B&B were helpful and friendly people making you welcome, dog friendly if you take one away.
Very pleased with our stay and if we went back to Weymouth it would be our first choice, best wishes from Lin and Mike

Once again had a great stay at Steve and Sharon,s great bed and breakfast always feel relaxed after a stay here. Breakfast is always good and sets you up for the day You can always have more toast and coffee if you have room for more. I would highly recommend staying here if you are going to Weymouth If you are taking your dog away with you there is no better place to stay.

We lived our stay here with our hosts Sharon & Steve. The place is very well situated on the front just off the Prom. The room was spotless when we arrived and we received a warm welcome. It's advertised as dog friendly and our 2 Spinones were duely fussed on arrival and every time we met Sharon & Steve after that. The breakfasts were excellent and our hosts always found time to see how our days had gone and what we had planned for today. The dogs got sausage treats every morning. Parking at the rear is a little cramped, but as we weren't planning to use our car most days this wasn't a problem at all. Big thanks to Sharon & Steve for making our stay special. Will definitely be back if we can.
