A lovely bed and breakfast place run by very friendly and sociable hosts.On hand for advise if needed.Lots of lovely little touches around the place situated overlooking the beach near Peasholm Park and the cricket ground

The guesthouse itself was lovely. The room was very clean and well appointed with a large bathroom. The bathroom had a double size shower which is a pleasant surprise for a guesthouse. The only slight negative was that the room itself was rather small for the price. It did have a sea view though.
Breakfast was brilliant. Really good menu selection including eggs benedict, eggs royal, breakfast sandwiches. I had a full English both day, my husband had eggs royal. Both of us loved it. The ingredients were clearly of high quality, and cooked to perfection. Also a good selection of cereal and fruit, at least 20 types of tea and fresh coffee.
There is a bar, where you help yourself and leave your room number. We didn’t take advantage as we don’t drink, but a really good idea.
Would definitely return here.

We had a lovely half term break at Greno. Two adults and two children. We've been to Greno before and we had another fantastic 4 days this time. Martin & Kath are great hosts with nothing too much trouble for them. Our boys and us love this hotel for their company, great views of North Bay from family rooms (no 7 & 11) and lovely breakfasts that set you up for your day there's so much choice (Martin will make things not on the menu if you ask nicely....we had porridge!). Highly recommend Greno.

This is such a little gem of a guesthouse, very clean,friendly staff and amazing views, excellent location close to all amenities the breakfast was lovely so much choice,we had a lovely time and will be back

Room 7 family room with bay window sea view.
Warm welcome on arrival by owner ,room was first class views to die for over North Bay.
Breakfast was first class freshly cooked to order. Special mention to Mollie the young lady who looked after everyone at breakfast she was always smiling and chatty.
Overall 2 lovely days at this spotless modern guest house . Great customer service.
10 minutes walk to harbour. Visit this guest house you will not be disappointed
