Found a very good deal on Booking.com. Stayed one night with my sister. The thing we both LOVED was that, even though the room was as hot as a furnace as are all hotel rooms, because we had a cheaper back room that looked into an enclosed courtyard the window actually opened wide. Surprising and amazing! Other good things: close to Paddington Station, and close to an excellent row of cafes, pubs and restaurants, good for breakfast, dinner and a cheeky pint. Plus the shower was good, the room was clean, we slept well, the man at the desk was friendly and helpful. What more do you need?

Stayed here for the first time as my usual hotel was not available on this trip. Great location to Paddington station, hotel is basic but ticks all the boxes for what I require. Clean and comfortable. Polite staff with a 24 hr from desk. Tea and coffee provided in the rooms, will certainly be staying next time I’m in town

It is one of the hotel along Sussex garden. The lift is extremely small and is only just nice and fit 2 petite size person with large luggage. There is a few steps which you in front of the hotel. A very small sized hotel with room which is also pretty cramp including the toilet. Relatively near to Paddington station, about 5-10mins. 15mins from Bayswater.

the hotel is located in a lovely lively area (Paddington), very well conncected to the main attractions. the hotel was very nice, the stuff was fantastic! definitely Worth to stay there. a massive THANKS to the receptionists!

The hotel is in a great location. That is the one good thing I can say about the hotel. I was a solo traveler and booked a single room. The room (cell) was just too small. Very difficult to maneuver around. There was one set of two outlets in the room, below the desk. The electric kettle had to sit on a chair near the bed so you could plug it into the outlet. Boiling water on an upholstered seat. Truly dangerous. The TV was perched above the door, so you better be willing to look up, up, up when watching TV. They had a decent English breakfast. I know nothing of the double rooms, but the single ones are a no no for me.
