We stayed here for 1 night and that was enough. The mansion is beautiful but if they just added a few amenities it could be more upscale. Nice bathroom products, fluffy towels, new sheets & comforter. Room #5 needs a new mattress. Besides the room being very small, if they had a smaller stand & added a chair to sit on it would have more comfortable. Not suitable for 2 people. The inn keeper was friendly and we enjoyed the cat. Breakfast at most B&B’s are better. This one was full of carbs😣. Extra touches would make a difference.
WONDERFUL!

This place was absolutely PERFECT.
The owners are wonderfully attentive. The manor is beautiful beyond description. The location is right in the heart of Pennsylvania Amish country. This property couldn't get any better.
I'm looking forward to MANY returns.

My wife and I brought my mom and step-dad to Lancaster for a long weekend of touring and the Sight and Sound Jonah show. We thought my mom would enjoy a Victorian B&B, so we booked 2 rooms at the Greystone Manor.
I echo the other reviews, it could be a very nice place with a little more customer service and updating to a few things, both inside and outside.
The check in was smooth and the innkeeper was nice offering information to us.
After that, it was more her doing her business, than trying to accommodate.
Breakfast was 7:30-9am, and she shut it down right at 9, so no being late if you want food.
Also, my wife loves coffee early in morning, but no chance there before 7:30am.
The towels were thin and small, the room dated and musty, with no thermostat to control the temps. My mom froze in her room and we had to open our window for air.
The grounds needed care and they locked the dining room doors in the evenings, so you couldn't get access to coffee or tea, which was a letdown.
The room walls were paper thin and the adjoining guests were loud and noisy.
Not what we were hoping for or expecting in a B&B.
Just ok, but not worth the price. I will stick with Hilton chains next time. At least Hilton, would offer credit for another stay, or reduced rates, if not satisfied.
stayed here 9/28
