We went to Majorca for a week and stayed here. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved the balcony it looked across the other hotel and they had entertainment outside each night so was great. The sun shone to the balcony so we were able to sit on the balcony for hours.
The food was good. Good variety. The chef who reminded me of a minion who spoke so fast (nicest possible way) was awesome he spoke no English but we would eventually understand each other. Lots of food range. The entertainment I didn't enjoy it was full of the older generation so I didn't really go in and sit there. The beach and shops were close by so that was a bonus.
We didn't find any clubs or good pubs were we could go. As there was a group of us we kept ourselves entertained.
I would definitely visit again to relax and soak the sun in as there was not much else to do but then that could be just me as I travel a lot and felt it was a place to relax.

We arrived quite late after an unnecessarily long coach transfer. We were really hot and bothered by the time we got to hotel check in. Luckily for us George was on nights and he looked after us wonderfully , a lovely gentleman indeed . He was quick to offer us water and soft drinks and a free upgrade to a 4 star hotel down the beach. We declined the upgrade but took the refreshments. We checked in no problem and had a room on the 3rd floor with a view of the hotel opposite and the lake in the distance. Our room was really nice, great fixtures and fittings. Excellent bathroom and shower. It all looked recently refurbished. Great balcony and most importantly, it was spotlessly clean. We had a key for the safe for a few euros per day, air conditioning was free.
We had opted for all inclusive and it excellent. Drinks until midnight and the food was outstanding. Great variety for each coarse and very tasty. Huge salad bar, large grill range with meat and fish cooked to order. Help yourself to tea, coffee, water , soft drinks, 3 shades of wine and a tap for beer as well. Fresh crusty bread , delicious cakes , ice cream in many flavours , and a great cheese board every night . Even a few bottles of fizz on ice for breakfast should you fancy a "champagne " breakfast.
We had lazy days by the pool, plenty of beds and places to sit. Good size pool and kids paddling pool. It was a bit chilly but Ok once you are in. There was a chair lift for the less able bodied poolside as well. Large tennis court and crazy golf. Nice views over the adjacent lake too. We didn't see the evening entertainment but a few tribute acts seemed to be the favoured option. We did have a few drinks in the bar every night and branded drinks were on offer in most cases.
Particular thanks to Fran in the restaurant and José Antonio in the main bar, both are a credit to the hotel. Location wise, about 10 minutes walk to the beach with shops, bars etc within easy reach. We absolutely loved our 5 nights in the hotel and will definitely return. But next time we'll book a taxi transfer from the airport as the 3 hours multi stop bus ride is exhausting.

hotel very good, we were only B&B but that was great with lots of choice. staff amazing, rooms quite small but excellent bathroom. The only down side to this hotel it caters more for the German and Swedish customers, entertainment average.

reluctant to tell the full story because I would love to keep this hotel a secret, we only stayed 4 nights on all inclusive basis, everything was superb! (yes everything), think we were only Brits in hotel, predominately Germans,
the hotel, staff, and amenities showed German efficiency at its best, we had no problems. would return in a heartbeat but probably fully booked!!

Wonderful accommodating and friendly staff, fantastic food and great entertainment - what a find! The pool is perfect, loads of daytime entertainment for kids and adults alike. Super comfortable lounge areas, clean, relaxing, a perfect place to come and will definitely be back - luv'd the 'all inclusive' option!
