Having stayed at the sister Los Principes hotel just across the road a few years ago we liked this area and thought we’d book this hotel due to the excellent reviews on TA. We booked via Jet2 and on arrival were swiftly and efficiently checked in. Rooms are modern, well equipped with fridge, tv, hairdryer, safe, tv (with some uk channels) balcony with good views if you are on a higher floor (5 floors in total). Only one down side was sound of lifts which started in earnest around 7.30 am. This would only potentially affect anyone staying in a room around the lift areas. Food in the restaurant was full of variety at both breakfast and dinner. Waiters were very friendly and helpful. Bar staff also friendly and drinks reasonably priced at approx €6 for a cocktail. Entertainment ok if you love bingo and a tribute band!!! Relaxed atmosphere though. Good pool facilities although pool reported to be cold (I preferred the temp of the sea). Plentiful sun beds round both pools. We also hired a car from reception. Excellent service at reasonable prices. We hired a fiat 500 convertible at €65 pd inc full tank of petrol and excess insurance. Car left outside hotel ready to collect and return back to hotel. Surrounding area very beautiful and worth exploring including Puerto Pollença, Formentor, Sollier (a must), and Monastery Lluc. Beach sun beds can be hired at €13 pd for 2 sun beds and umbrella. Sea very shallow and crystal clear. A wonderful week and I’d definitely return!!!!

The hotel was pleasant and clean lovely rooms and staff very friendly. Bar men were great in the hotel bar. Great breakfast. Thin walls and doors but weren’t disturbed and people generally quiet. Would stay here again!!

Another great holiday with jet 2 to Majorca we stayed at the Maritimo hotel 4 star hotel my wife and have stayed at this hotel 5 times it is a very friendly hotel the staff are amazing waiters staff at the reception looked after you no matter what time it was ,you had good selection of food at breakfast and dinner in the evening rooms were clean every day new towels every day cannot fault the service, will be going again next year

Wow , We new as soon as the coach stopped outside the hotel we were in for a treat. Fast and polite check in, Offer of light refreshments as we arrived as dinner was over, The reception offers you the first glimpse of the hotels excellent spotless standard . The rooms are smart, fresh and airy with excellent air com. Small fridge, imaculte bathroom with hairdyer. Only let down is the lack of draw space for folded clothes. The Restaurant offers a selection of food I've never seen in a holiday hotel before, loads of choice served with attention to detail and quality of product. The deserts are breathtaking. Three outdoor pools and an indoor pool in the spa which has a small gym and sauna. The lounge and patio bar is very pleasant with a team of friendly waiters . Entertainment of tribute acts good. The bingo evening and quiz nights fall a little flat and reflected by the small attendance of guests. Overall a fantastic place to stay one we can't wait to visit again, Praise must go to the management and staff who are delivering a standard second to none,

Great hotel .nice food, good location & friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a quality hotel away from the busier resort centre of Alcudia.
Would stay again especially out if school term when not as busy.
