An exceptional hotel

We stayed for (sadly) only 3 nights during October half term, and cannot rate the hotel highly enough. From check in we were treated like royalty, with the receptionist taking our 5 year old by the hand to show us the facilities. We were half board and every single meal was exceptional - every possible taste is catered for at breakfast, from cava to raspberry juice, freshly made pancakes, pastries, salmon, caviar, the list is endless. Dinner was likewise a fantastic selection, quickly replenished, fresh and of very high quality. We were the only English family during what seemed to be a very quiet period for the hotel, and our son was welcomed into the kids club like an old friend. The staff couldn't be more accommodating and it is a wonderful combination of child friendly without being intrusive for those without children. The rooms are lovely, with every need catered for - I loved the 'wish list', where you could request anything from a phone charger to a luggage scale. The entertainment each evening was excellent, and the massages in the spa were exceptional - British spas should take note! A wonderful hotel, we very much hope to return soon. Thank you for making our stay so perfect.

Ninth visit to hotel

As expected, the two weeks spent in this hotel came up to our expectations. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. Any additions asked for (e.g. kettle/cups/mosquito repellent) were almost immediately delivered (free). The welcome was as if we were meeting old friends again and reception staff are always eager to help. Both manager and assistant manager were frequently on hand, especially during mealtimes. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The dining facilities were excellent, food tremendously varied and first class, with regular themed events. We defy anyone to criticise this or the service from waiting staff. Any deviation from perfection is dealt with immediately.. Although busy, the gardens and their layout served us well with the garden staff on hand. The beach is just a short walk from the garden, with very safe bathing from the sandy beach. The beach bar staff regularly came round the garden for orders.
Internet access is free, with 3 PCs for use of guests at all times. We did not use the entertainment (or the spa) so cannot comment on these facilities, preferring to walk after dinner to visit our usual friendly coffee shop. For wildlife lovers, the location is ideal, being opposite the huge and largest wildlife reserve in Mallorca but best in spring. Those with a hire car will find the hotel car park busy but more parking is very close at hand. For those who wish to explore without a car, the bus services are very frequent from outside the hotel.

A holiday experience that is equal to few and second to none.

I have visited this particular establishment four times over the course of the last 11 years. Thrice with my family as a teenager, and once in my own right as an adult. I have spent nearly two months at this hotel, cumulatively. In my opinion, it is the best hotel on the island if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday in the sun, with access to high-quality cuisine and a fantastic beach/swimming/outdoor experience right on the doorstep. I have been to several other high-end establishments and this pips them all. The physical construction of the hotel is fantastic and airy, with high ceilings and marble pillars adorning the grandiose entrance lobby. The bar, spa, pool area, and dining room are similarly beautiful and maintained to an excellent standard. The food and amenities available are so good that there would be little need to ever leave the hotel over the duration of a stay. The staff are singularly the most impressive asset however: always thoroughly polite and never far from reach - they work seemingly endless hours to ensure that you are always well attended with food, refreshments, technical support, or anything that you may require during your stay. Cannot recommend highly enough. I indent to be visiting yearly for the foreseeable future, such is the level of satisfaction that the Parc Natural is capable of providing.

Nice hotel and location

Nice hotel in a good location. Reception staff were great while other staff was mixed.
In most aspects its a 5 star hotel and you get what you pay for. Exception was the evening entertainment which was of poor quality. The hotel has one big disadvantage and thats its lack of an outdoor breakfast and dinner area. Seaview from the restaurant would have welcome. The vicinity of its nextdoor sister hotel hampers the views.

Good food, very nice staff, lovely outside area next to beach through dunes

Stayed for a week on half board in July. The food for breakfast and dinner is very good with a lot of choice to suit carnivores, omnivores and veggies alike. Choice of wine is pretty good and the bar drinks are reasonably priced.
The outside area around the pool is very nicely maintained and there is plenty of space to lie around on your sun lounger in the shade with cooling breezes coming in off the sea. Alternatively you can walk through the dunes to the beach and park yourself under the umbrellas there.
The staff are all very friendly and welcoming and have been there in some cases for many years.
The only slight criticism I would make is that the rooms are now possibly beginning to look a little dated. This doesn't matter that much in that you don't spend much time in them and everything still worked and was very clean. Just a comment really that they are a little outmoded by newer hotel standards.
We stayed in both a suite and in a double room and in retrospect wouldn't spend the extra on a suite as they have interconnecting sliding double doors that open to the lounge part where the extra beds are made up if needed. Would opt for interconnecting double rooms rather than a suite where possible although the suites do have better views of the sea if this is important to you.
The kids club seemed very good too - kids seemed to enjoy very much.
Would wholly recommend for a relaxing break.
