I really enjoy staying at this hotel, they have very friendly personal and are very good at accommodating their guests, and the location is great! my office is walking distance so it is very convenient!

I stayed here with some colleagues whilst we attended a conference at the Expo. The hotel itself is quite large, has a pool on the roof, a bar with a piano, and also has separate meeting rooms that you can hire. The Expo itself is a mere 5 minutes walk away, so really convenient. The hotel is also by a main road, but set back enough that you can't hear any traffic noises but can easily flag down a taxi. There's also a convenient shop just on the corner where you can buy groceries.
I had a good stay in this hotel - all the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel looked clean, tidy and was also quite spacious, and the food is also pretty good and varied. I did only have dinner here once, but I did have breakfast every morning for the week I was here. There's a big buffet style breakfast with lots of traditional Mexican fare, as well as lots of fresh fruit, cereals, juices, and there's also an omelette station.
My room did smell musty and mouldy unfortunately, but it was nice and big, had a good sized bathroom, a sofa, and an outside window, .
The rooftop pool is a pretty good size and always looked clean and well looked after. There's lots of loungers, tables and chairs up there too, as well as a small jogging track if you don't want to take your chances out on the streets.
We did have a few drinks in the hotel bar a few nights, and they offer a 241 deal most nights I think, which is really good.
Overall I had a pretty good stay here, and I would recommend for a couple of nights if you need to be near the Expo. However, I'm not sure I'd stay here again for longer due to the musty smell in the rooms.

The staff were very helpful. The facilities were adequate and the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. Great bed and pillows. Very good location to Guadalajara Expo Center. Fifteen minute taxi ride to shopping district. Very good food and choices in the restaurant with flexible hours. Small but adequate lounge area. Large lobby area and helpful staff to see to your needs.

You will be charged for your full reservation if you need to check out early. I have never stayed at any major business hotel in the world where I was charged the full reservation but needed to check out early.

We stayed here since we where in GDL for the Coordenadas music Festival and it was nearby.They gave us a free upgrade for our room and it came with free coffee from a machine they had in the common area.
The room was clean and comfortable but I think the whole hotel could use an upgrade.
The breakfast it is not included but you have a Starbucks and a Oxxo right outside.
You could also walk to the Plaza del Sol for more options.
