This hotel in undergoing a chance in brand. Therefore most floors are either dirty or in need of maintenance. Unpainted doors etc. The (bed)rooms are a little on the small size if you have two beds. The suite had one sofa and TV, no table or desk. There for only 3 stars
On the plus side is the breakfast. Good choices in eggs and meat besides the regular items. The lady even prepairs your omelet to order. And plenty of seating. They also offer a drink at the bar at night.

The delivery of my bedroom furniture was delayed so I had to book a room. Most of the hotels were already booked up or had outrageous rates. We were able to get a room here for a decent rate. The check in/out was quick and easy. The decor in the lobby looks ridiculous! The room was a nice size, with plenty of room however it smelled musty. The tub was scary as it kept creaking. Overall the hotel needs a good update!

We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights while attending an International 18U Baseball Tournament nearby. Hotel was under renovation/transition from Ramada to a Holiday Inn. The work going on did not impact our stay in any way. The staff were excellent. Manager Rio, was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff were outstanding. In particular someone named Nikki, who was one of the staff, went out of her way to make sure our visit was positive each day. Rooms we were in were the updated rooms. Very nice, modern and beds were awesome. Wifi was strong, breakfast in the morning was good and also included made to order omelettes. That was a great touch! Players loved that. Plenty to eat and variety was great. Pool and deck was nice. Hot tub was out of order but did not impact our stay. The staff at the front desk were always helpful with directions or advice on places to eat or things to do during our downtime. When things were needed ie extra towels, the call was received and the towels were promptly delivered to our room. The players rooms were looked after very well especially knowing how messy 17 year olds can be in their own rooms. lol. Ample free parking, business center that was available, and close walk to amenities. Overall it was a great hotel for our team while staying in this area for baseball. I am sure the continued renos and upgrades will make the hotel even better for guests. Thank you to Rio and your staff. Rating 4.5 out of 5.

When checking in the female assisting me could’ve been nicer. However the room was very nice. The hotel was undergoing When when checking in the female assisting me could’ve been nicer the hotel was undergoing construction but that wasn’t a problem. The breakfast area is small & the person making the omelet is rude! Breakfast is good but limited .
