Nice clean rooms. No frills. Great value for the money. Breakfast in morning was nice. Quiet hotel. Lots of families staying there. Nice pool. Close the mall, however not much in it. Would stay again.

The hotel is clean & nice. Not high end, but priced very well. Large rooms. The breakfast was as good as any free breakfast I have had in years. Both ladies at the desk, for checkin & out were nice. The room was noisy because of trains, but I would stay on the mall side next time. I did post a week ago that the RL was the best place to stay. I was wrong. This is, unless you are looking for an onsite bar & restaurant. My post about the RL was made while I was there. BUT before I had a mouse in my room. I'm not guessing, I live in the country & deal with mice frequently.

I enjoyed room service since the property shares a parking lot with Safeway and Starbucks. My husband walked over to get Safeway hot deli food for dinner and then a venti dark roast in the morning :) Conveniently located for sure!
Our room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. We were pleased with the prompt response when we requested an additional blanket - we travel often and we've noticed a reluctance to provide blankets. What happened to the fluffy comforters on hotel beds?
The breakfast was the standard fare of fake eggs, sausage, waffles and a cereal dispenser. We will be back.

This was difficult to rate because the things that are most important to us - cleanliness and location were 5's but the hotel was extremely noisy. We stayed in a room with a small table for two, desk, sink, refrigerator and microwave which was great since we were there 6 days. I would definitely recommend the top floor because as I mentioned everything was noisy - even the faucet squeaked when it was turned on. The bed was not very comfortable and seemed to rock if anyone moved. The breakfast they served was great - you could make your own waffles. The hotel also offered safety deposit boxes for guest use with no charge which I took advantage of. I haven't decided if we will stay here next time or not but probably.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of variety, including hot eggs and sausage. Rooms were very clean. TV includes DVD player, which we did actually use. Bed and pillows were very very comfortable. Had a mini fridge.
5 stars, really nothing to complain about.
