We stayed at the fairbridge and loved it! Georgia and Mike were fantastic and Georgia went out of her way to get us checked in early and help us feel at home. Great place with a great price and free breakfast!

Daniella in housekeeping has gone above and beyond to make sure I am okay. She always made sure I had what I needed. She was always prompt with bringing me what I need. Desiree at the front desk was always friendly and made time to make sure I was good. Savannah at the front desk always has gone above and beyond for the needs of the guests. Carla is amazing as well. For hotel staff to be so awesome is so hard to find.

I stopped in this hotel because my motorcycle had a flat tire in labour day Monday and the place was in the near proximity of four tire service shops. There are so many things wrong with this place. The receptionist -pretending that he owns the hotel, is rude. He refused my valid CAA membership, with pretext that my card information wasn't update. He also refused to talk to CAA -that I called on the spot- that my membership card was valid but card delivery was delayed. He didn't want to listen. He could not process my credit card in first and then in his second attempt that I kindly asked him, he was able to process and accused me that I do not have credit.. even though he processed the card!!!! The hotel is filthy, bed is dirty, room smells sewage, dogs bark in the hallways, pool closed due to bacteria, hot tub occupied by people drinking and smoking, hot breakfast -as promoted, was only yoghurt, muffin, cookies, and coffee.. Just drive few miles West to Clarkston for a decent place to stay

I am sorry to say I must agree with most of the reviews. This property is very old. I think they are trying to remodel. The elevator is so very small and the hotel colors aren't inviting at all, very dark. The shower in one of the rooms you had to pull on so hard you would think it was coming out of the wall. Pets are welcome which is a plus. I looked at the rooms over the internet before booking. Please trust me I don't know which room the pictures were taken. The room keys kept failing to open the door. I felt so sorry for the girl at the desk. She kept apologizing for the all the things that wouldn't work. The beds were comfortable. The room rate was very low. I should of known. It was clean. So if you just need a one night stop and want it a very low cost. This is the place.

Fairbridge Inn has seen better days. Pool had been drained because of accumulated ashes from a forest fire. It was being refilled. Other tenants were bikers, scads of them. They did not misbehave. An on-site pub was closed and the space was up for lease. Being dog-friendly, this inn was OK for our min-pin and us. We dined at next door Mystic Cafe and skipped the free continental breakfast next morning. Price was right and beds were comfy enough. Despite not liking the cramped elevator, dog Maggie slept well. VERY CLOSE TO TRAIN TRACKS.
