Horrible experience, mosquitoes everywhere. My 4years old son got bitten every night. Dead mosquitoes on the wall on the floor. Very warm room, not possible to open windows because of the mosquitoes. Airco not working.

our room was spotless ,spacious , nice bathroom. as a welcome gift a nice bag of French sweeties and a bottle of water by bedside on arrival. breakfast time:good selection of cold and hot drink, differents sort of bread, yougurt, croissant, pain au chocolat, cocktail fruit, ham, cheese , cereals,. the hotel is located in antonypole ,in a very quiet area. buses are running on a regular basis, you get the RER at Antony RER or Massey Palaiso to paris or elsewhere. thank you for making our stay so special. keep the good work

Checked into my room and no AC. I went back to the front desk and the gentleman advised me that the AC in the hotel was not working, would have been nice to know upon check-in. I advised that I would like to cancel my res, out of the blue he found one room with AC. I hauled my luggage up to that room only to find a portable heater and no AC in the room! What a joke!
I went back to the front desk and advised that I wanted my res canceled. I was advised that the front desk couldn't refund me, and that only a manager could do that. I've emailed the GM and Ibis corporate, it's been two weeks and not a word back from either.
The hotel is really not close to the airport at all. It is in rough shape and smells of mold and very musty.
Take my advice and pay a bit more to stay at a better hotel. This place is a total dive!!

Staff incompetent and not really friendly; room below standard. Breakfast really basic.
Much overpriced to any other hotel. Had to change room twice upon check-in (first room not cleaned yet, second room no air condition)

I arrived late from the airport to be told there was no room available for me, despite being booked on the Accor website (hotels owners direct website) days before with my credit card guaranteeing the room for late arrival! Receptionist was told IF I arrived he was to find me another hotel, which he was unable to do after an hour of calling around local hotels. I left at 1.30 am to find my own accommodation, back at the airport. This was formally an Ibis budget hotel, now rebranded Styles. Rats in car part, near open rubbish bins. Terrible customer service / attitude. Still awaiting results of my complaint by Accor, 1 month after the incident. AVOID!
