We had not booked but stopped around 8pm. Patricia on Reception was very helpful and found a room for 3 of us. I explained I am claustrophbic so she let me have a look at the room. It was fine. The room was clean and I felt comfortable in in. It's very difficult to explain how some hotels just don't feel right when you are shown the room but this one did. Thank you Patricia. We will definitely stay here again on our way to Spain. Excellent for an overnight stay.

Friendly service and good food. There is a bios across the road, and good restaurants to find.
The room was need and the breakfast was perfect. Because I must take some pils in the evening and morning I missed a bottle of water in the room.

We have stayed her twice in the last month, and on each occasion, Romain , the manager, and his staff have given us attentive and wonderful service, including specially prepared vegan dinners. We have always been very satisfied with Campanile Hotels, but Aubiere is the best of the best. As a family we would rate it ten stars for Value and Service!! Highly recommended!!! Thank You Romain and Friends.

We have stayed in many Campaniles throughout France over the last ten years, accommodation has been adequate, food satisfactory but predictable but all were clean.
However this hotel is refreshingly different.
The manager Adeline is warm and friendly and speaks very good English. The food is very good indeed and the presentation second to none.She is ably assisted by Hugo
Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have been refurbished to a very good standard. Car park is secure and locked at night.
Looking forward to our return visit in August

A wonderful warm welcome after a very long day and a recommendation of some local beers with dinner as soon as we where settled in.
The rooms were spotless and shower hot and refreshing and although a little traffic noise being next to the motorway we had no trouble sleepng.There are plenty of places in walking distance to choose from to dine although you do have that industrial estate feel when outside.
A stressful experiance made easier and shorter.
Whilst motocycle touring we had a bad puncture so was placed here by our insurers for two nights waiting for information on repair which unbelievable was resolved by Camponile's Romain Fabre (Directeur) who had taken pity on us hanging round waiting for information.
After his rather long phone calls with our insurers and the garage he resolved it for us to pick up bike on Bastille day of all days which left us speachless after the run around we'd been given.
