We both enjoyed our stay there in the East of Paris. We were on Business so we unfortunably had little time to enjoy the nice surrounding . The rooms were clean and tidy with proper wifi and Even SAT1 on Television 👍😎

Excellent friendly welcome and service. Small and compact rooms but clean and functional. Free fast wifi. Good breakfast. Well located close to metro, rer and centre of vincennes. Lots of restaurants nearby and good Sunday market.

Yes, this hotel is worth to visit. I've been here twice now and it is still a good place. It's close to the metro that brings you everywhere in Paris. Beside the comfort of the room the bathroom is also clean. This time I prefer a breakfast somewhere else but last time it was ok.
Ow... And the price is cool. 😀

I am rating this hotel through the prism of its low cost. Best match for those who are seeking to keep costs down and who want to be away from tourist areas.
PROS:
1. Big cost savings compared to central Paris
2. The M1 Metro is amazingly fast to central Paris. The Bérault station is two blocks from the hotel and the trains run every one minute, that's not a typo, during rush hour.
3. Completely soundproof rooms vis à vis street noise.
4. Modern bathroom.
5. Good WIFI
6. Receptionists all speak English and are very helpful
7. Local restaurants where you will be the only tourist
CONS:
1. Rooms are very small, typical at this price point, but decorating is somewhat dim.
2. The street itself is noisy and utterly lacking in charm
TIPS:
1. Exit the Bérault station at the Vignerons exit, it is closer and there is an up escalator. Enter at the other entrance if you need to buy tickets
2. No washcloths provided as is customary in French hotels
3. If there are at least 3 in your party, Uber or a taxi won't cost much more than the RER and it will be much faster and less stress. I used the Taxi G7 app, reserved a taxi for the next day, and it came exactly on time. 50€ cost fixed by law.

We stayed here for one night for a film shoot, all we were really looking for was a place to get some sleep and plan for the following day. Unfortunately the Wifi didn't work properly on laptop or phone. The aircon in one of our rooms didn't work. It was hot in Paris that day and I had a terrible night's sleep, which when you're only going to get five hours at best meant I had a busy day with even less.
The hotel looks nice, the rooms are clean etc. But for what we needed it was poor.
