great views of the city from the sky bar and these can be enjoyed in comfort with a blanket and the presence of the garden heaters, however the restaurant is poor, the staff are friendly but the food isn't great.

Excellent Hotel. Great customer service with a welcome drink on arrival. Staff created a friendly atmosphere and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with a large variety of hot and cold food to choose from. The breakfast is available over three hours giving you plenty of time to eat and enjoy a relaxed start to the day. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is modern and located within easy walking distance of Waterloo and Elephant & Castle Stations. Easy walking distance to The Old Vic, The Young Vic, Imperial War Museum and just a little longer to the South Bank area where you can see the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, The London Eye, The Tate Modern Gallery and all the restaurants and cafes along the river bank. Reasonably priced rooms and WIFI in all areas of the hotel, stairs and lift to all floors, spa and gym facilities. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent Hotel With Great Customer Service! The Breakfast Buffet Is Amazing And Has Something Everyone Will Enjoy For Your Breakfast! The Hotel Is Modern, Comfortable With Great Access To Waterloo Train Station. Great WiFi! Rooms Are Priced Very Well For The Quality Hotel You Are Receiving. Don’t Pass This Hotel Up!!

Hotel was ok. Nice easy check in, offered a drink at the desk. Room was at first quite decent. Then realised the window didn't shut properly so I upped the temperature with the heating.
The bathroom and shower unit was decent but the water in the bath was not hot enough.
Finally the kettle plug didn't work properly I had to physically hold it in to the socket to make sure it worked.
Breakfast was 15 quid, slightly expensive and the bacon was completely over done.
Overall adequate for a single night. Just over 100 for the room and breakfast. Probably wouldn't rush back due to the dodgy wiring and window

Room was so open and lovely. Lots of storage and lots of space, same with the bathroom. Bed was comfy and we had a selection of teas & coffees, as well as the mini bar. Lovely staff!! 100% would stay again:)
