Great hotel for a few days in Milan with work. Location close to airport on a retail park. Cinema and Virgin Active gym close by. About 30 mins from Milan centre. Staff helpful. Bar relatively small. Food at restaurant good.

Very dark room, no electrical socket in bathroom, hard and squeaky bed, stain of sperm or similar substance on blanket, very limited breakfast and had to wait 25 minutes to get scrambled eggs, so because of all these reasons I decided to leave 1 night early. Told receptionist about my decision and instead of trying to recover my poor experience, she answered "it's your choice". Yes, and I recommend everybody to choose a different hotel for your trip to Milan.

I was visiting this hotel with my boyfriend for one nights stay. Hotel is good located, with a lot of restaurants around and shopping mal is right here. But after every stay we always look for a good breakfast, to save the time instead of running around and looking for another place where to have breakfast. Unfortunately we were very very disappointed as all another people who came to eat around 9:20 (breakfast is till 10:30). All plates were empty. Only what you could get was bread and some coffee. Waitress said "day limit is reached and we don't have anything anymore". Then we had to go to complain at Reception, after someone came to check and finally we could get some cold pancakes, sausages and a bit of cheese. My rate is not that much about room (they are nice), but about service by Breakfast.

I've stayed here twice in the last two months for business reasons and as such it's an adequate and useful hotel. Looks punchy on arrival and reception staff are young and welcoming but as you get upstairs to the rooms, the corridors are scuffed and not as clean as you might want.
Rooms are dark. No overhead lights, lots of fussy switch combinations to get enough light to see what you're doing.
No ironing board in a business hotel is a nuisance and no spare pillows. Not even a complimentary bottle of water and no tea or coffee making facility in the room.
Tv located in odd position at side of bed in my room on second visit to swing out on a bracket and block the exit to the bathroom. No practical design then in this supposed design hotel.
Good strong shower, but no shower gel provided. No USB plugs, but a plug by the bedside is useful
Breakfast was plentiful if busy but service was non existent with dirty tables staying uncleared.

Was put in here for work so didn't look at reviews - wish I had. No iron in a business hotel?!
Worse still the receptionist looked surprised that I asked. This is located on a business complex so many staying here in same situation. As someone else said - shame on hotel for not putting themselves in the shoes of their customers.
Tomorrow I will have to go to work in a creased shirt that has been stuck in my case all day.
How hard would it be to have an ironing room at least??
Was told that I might like to get up at 8am, go to the mall and buy an iron!
Dreadful.
Will not stay here next time.
