Location - This hotel is situated 20-25 mins drive from the New Delhi International airport. Google Navigation should easily take you this place without any trouble. If in doubt, you can always call up the hotel and they will guide you/your driver properly.
This hotel is in the middle of a residential area and it's a very quiet place away from the noise of traffic.
The place is quite safe as it's in a residential locality.
Room:
We stayed in room 101 and it was on the ground floor. The room was quite spacious for a couple and an infant. The room was very clean and had a tea/coffee making facilities. The view from 101 wasn't great. Bathroom was also very clean and everything was in place.
Hotel:
Very helpful staff. Check in was very smooth. Price per night is on a higher side, but I suppose that's a competitive rate for place like Gurgaon.
The Hotel is very quiet and properly maintained.
The breakfast is complimentary and is served between 6 Am - 10 AM. You have options to go for Japanese and Indian options. Eggs were made as per order.
House Keeping staff very efficient and cleaned our rooms in no time and replenished the stock.
If you are planning to give your clothes for laundry, would recommend to give it much in advance as for my blazer, shirt and trouser ironing, at time of collection (9-10 AM) they said they can give it only by 7 PM.
The only let down was weekend party was held at the basement of the hotel and was too noisy for us at the ground floor especially with an infant with us. The party was on till 1 AM. We had to call twice and only then the noise level was reduced and later stopped around 2 AM. If you are a light sleeper and will be staying on a weekend, recommend to opt for a room apart from ground floor.
Restaurant:
There are good food options available at the hotel and services are available late in the night. Which was really great.
All in all I enjoyed my stay and will be happy to stay again but this time not on ground floor.

This hotel in DLF City Phase-I, is a guest house wherein there are good and neatly maintained rooms. I have not found such a good hotel in Delhi. The staff are courteous and helpful. It is a little away from the main road and is a guest house.

This is located in Phase ! of Gurgaon which is quite central. The rooms are fairly large and clean for a comfortable stay. Restaurant is O.K for breakfast which is on the house.
Service is good and tariff is reasonable.

There are good improvements to do in order to achive the level of the price they are asking for!
My feedback is ok in case you will spend there one/two nights, if you need to stay there for long it is not the right place, you can find really good rooms with less cost and same treatments.

Stayed at this hotel for business trip, very near to the Sikandarpur Metro (Rapid and Delhi) station thus providing very easy connectivity options. The staff is very courteos and friendly at the same time, as a point to remember there is no night buffet arrangement, though there is a good choice in the ala-carte menu
