Brilliant service, unbelievable grounds, spa, pools and services. A massive area that combines luxury with classic tradition and timeless experience. Food is well thought out and reflects both the ingredients and the flavors of the region. Solid!

I strongly recommend not to go to this hacienda. Indeed we have faced a bug when we booked via expedia this hacienda. We have never received the confirmation from expedia that our stay was confirmed. Consequently we never went to the hacienda and had to reserve in another place in Merida. In the meantime hacienda santa Cruz has debited our credit card for 4 nights because we never came to their place without calling us or sending an email. When I complained they just replied that they were not responsible for problems with expedia and that we had to find a solution with expedia. Conclusion: they don't care about people or customers, they are just interested by money and took us lots of money for a service they never délibérer.

Went to the Hacienda Santa Cruz with friends for a birthday luncheon.
The grounds were gorgeous & tranquil with beautiful flowers and plants.
The staff was attentive, informative and some were bilingual.
Our meals were exquisitely displayed and delicious to eat.
The drinks were luscious.

Went there for a concert String Quartet and had dinner at their lovely restaurant. Could not be more please with the entire experience. The facility is beautiful by day and by night with the amazing lighting. The food is beyond belief, the service impeccable and the concert was lovely. Had a magnificent and magical experience. Highly recommend

We had dinner before a glorious concert and all enjoyed the ambiance and food, which were excellent. What kept my rating lower was that the bottle of red wine came to the table too chilled, and a problem with the table settings. The entree plates are curved at the top in a slight bowl shape, and three times I lost the handle of my fork in the tomato-based sauce when it slid to the center. Grrr... but easy to fix both issues. Efficient valet parking and the grounds are magical.
