Very horrible experience. We had some foreign guests staying at Halcyon and were having dinner. I had ordered a fish steak and to my shock wen I cut through the steak I found an insect right in the middle. The manager and staff were apathetic and had no reply. They merely said they would look into the matter. The attitude of the staff looked like this was a common sight.. Truly disappointed and disgusted!!!

We were a group and we were wery welcomed. The room was an appart composed of 3 rooms with all conviniences. The resto was open all day long and it served a good and spicy specialities. We used meeting room and have had always all what we could expected except for the apero due to they didn't konw this notion ! To extent we were not in a center of town we could see the real life of india

This is a very good property, secreted away from the hustle bustle of Koramangala. There are quite a few eateries, bars and stores nearby. We were on a three bedroom apartment, which was quite spacious. Housekeeping was not that professional. We had to follow up regarding number of towels, kettle amenities on a daily basis. But they were very courteous and accommodating.
Complementary breakfast was excellent. The restaurant staff, especially the captain were superbly efficient and very friendly. When my daughter was not keeping well, he in fact sent her breakfast to the room.
They have one weird rule. Any guests visiting you have to leave the room by 11pm. We have had family with little kids who visited us one evening. By the time the kids finished dinner, it was a little past 11pm. The front office staff were calling us and requesting is to ensure that the guests leave immediately. They sounded so desperate. We found it a little disconcerting, even though they had appraised us of this stipulation during check-in itself.
Overall I would rate the property as a good one.

Tucked in a silent corner , i have many stays here .. in between a guest house and a luxury hotel , it has always been nice and cosy , and very affordably priced .
Food is always high quality and very homely

I had a nice stay with the property , it is good , but recent rain has ruined the property a bit , it has to go through a lot of renovation in coming days , breakfast was okay , swimming pool is nice , staffs are friendly , we changed the room twice and the helped us always with a smile .nice experience
