My company had an arrangement with this hotel and I stayed here for over a month. This is located around maddepur and has quite a few shops in the locality. Tidy room and decent room service. Food choices were limited but was again decent.

It is a decent hotel.
Check-in was smooth and were guided by the hotel.
Due to a personal emergency, we had to checkout abruptly and travel back home. To our good fortune, the issue was resolved and we could continue with the trip.
We discussed this with the hotel reception and requested for re-accomodation. They immediately agreed without charging anything. We were saved a lot of hassles by this gesture of the management.

The hotel is a little interior. The address says its near indian oil petrol bunk, but not actually, its little away from it.
the rooms are neat and clean, just adequate space.
the service is just ok.
They have a breakfast buffet which is really good.

customer service is worst of all... Once room is booked they considers us as buggers.. AC was not working though booked an AC room... when complained , replay was to adjust with fan. first time experienced half boiled dosa ....

Booked online AC room, when arrived said no availability and gave non AC room but took advance for AC room on condition will give one when available. Had to continue in non AC room and on leaving the receptionist refused to return back the money and was very rude. Please do not stay there
