Hampton by Hilton is superbly located for the Albert Dock, Echo Arena and Liverpool One Staff most welcoming Room was excellent - good size and very clean Bathroom was a good size with Shower and usual amenities Would definitely return to this welcoming and pleasant hotel

My daughter and I booked here as we were going to a steps concert at echo arena. Staff very polite and helpful. Room lovely and clean. Had everything u could possibly need. Breakfast in the morning was lovely and plenty choice. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again

How lucky I am?
The Hampton is on the airport, with its own parking
Clean and accessible, it’s a short walk from car to hotel to departure
Having flown extensively, the delights of the traveling from a airport that doesn’t include buses or a major hike to your plane cannot be extolled enough.
Hampton offers comfortable, rooms and enhance the traveling experience of a weary soul to a new level
Without doubt my favourite airport hotel

Great stay for 3 nights. We though the whole experience was perfect. We had a standard room which was, compact, spotless and well layed out. All the staff were extremely pleasant especially those at breakfast. On that note, breakfast was pretty good. Standard buffet fare as you would expect in an inclusive package. It was very well stocked and managed by the excellent staff. We had a room at the front which had a nice view of Albert Dock. The attached picture was taken from our room.

Booked for a concert , stayed for 2 nights. Arrived uneventfully , parked in the underground car park £13 for 24 hrs , (which was well signposted), which I think is great value for secure parking in any city. Greeted warmly by friendly staff. Room was ready.
Room was clean & spacious, had a view of Albert Dock which was good.
The bed was comfortable, towels in the bathroom were large & soft. There was various toiletries in the bathroom but we didn’t use them, so can’t comment on the quality.
I’ve seen people moaning about the glass door to the bathroom & hanging space , but it didn’t worry / bother us in The slightest
Had a small issue with the room , contacted reception who sent a maintenance person within minutes.
Suitably reassured by the maintenance man. Knock on the door,the duty manager offering us a different room, but seeing as there was no problems with the room that we were in, we politely declined.
Everywhere in the hotel looked bright & clean.
Only thing I would say that we missed , was having a refrigerator and a safe in the room. But for the price we paid I cannot complain.
Very central to Liverpool with Albert Dock just a short walk & Liverpool One shopping centre just a few minutes walk.
Breakfast was good & plentiful, with the staff clearing up all the time, short wait for a table but it was extremely busy on the Sunday morning , Monday morning wasn’t busy at all.
Everyone we met at the hotel was welcoming , polite & friendly. Enjoyed it so much we have booked to return next year.
