Unfortunately I’m going to be here for the weekend... my nightstand on each side of the bed has one lamp each each lamp has no power to the light or light bulb. They have not replaced it and don’t care. My friends who are staying here have several lights that need to be replaced and have not been replaced and the room is dark! Don’t stay here they are cheap!

We visited from Houston for a family wedding. The staff always greeted with a smile and offered assistance throughout the stay. It was a no hassel experience & comfortable stay. I would definitely room here again.

Your staff was well as your hotel was a complete joke, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone planning on stay in Alice. The internet didn’t work, the hot was broken, there was medical waste left in the hallway by the trash can for 2 days, the air conditioner leaked all over my expensive camera and the front desk didn’t give a crap about that.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very courteous. They had a good knowledge about the area and recommended the places to see nearby. I recommend this facility both for family business personals. Hope in the near future, I will get a chance to visit this facility again. Best wishes to the staff and the Owner of this facility.

Good service and friendly staff. Came in to town for a funeral various family members ended up at the same hotel the staff was awesome to us all. The go to hotel when in the area. Atmosphere at hotel was relaxing
