Close to the airport. Helpful with getting shuttle to airport. Coffee was good, but we were up too early for the buffet. Printer wouldn't print out our boarding passes and front desk didn't know how to fix it. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

For $84/night, you really can't beat this. The room was clean, and the service was on par. I was, and still am, a little ticked off they did not have their vending machines stocked, but I am finding this is most Hilton brands. What was upsetting is that the lack of vending machines almost forces you to buy from their pantry. They charge $2 for a small bottle of Costco water!!! That is absolutely absurd! I stayed four nights so I just drove to a grocery store and purchased some items. I was in room 414 which is the first room you see once you get off the elevator. This wasn't really a problem because the noise level was only evident in the mornings, when I was already up. The 'breakfast' is typical of all other 2 star hotels. Don't plan on ordering any food for delivery; I could find any restaurants (not even grub hub) that delivers to this area. There are a lot of fast food joints around if that is your thing. The BEST part of this hotel???? You can walk to the Harley Davidson dealership!!!!

Excellent location, just far enough from the freeway that it is not noisy at all. Plenty of food choices nearby. Lots of on street parking if your in a big rig or larger vehicle. No problems here, definitely would stay here again..

I enjoyed my stay, staff is so welcoming, they make you feel like family, rooms are very clean. The breakfast is hot and you have a wide variety to choose from. I will only stay at this Hampton Inn North

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Bakersfield was pleasant, the staff were accommodating and courteous, the rooms and common areas were clean and in good repair. Breakfast in the morning was adequate and included some fresh fruit along with eggs and breads.
