I have stayed at this hotel previously, and will continue to stay there when I am in Bay City for business. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The Manager's Receptions are much appreciated after a long day of work. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Breakfast had everything I would expect and need to get my day started.

The staff was great. Very responsive and helpful. My two sons and their families had rooms. We were there for my grandaughter's wedding. Your staff made it very easy to be where we needed to be when we needed to be there.

I love this hotel. I stay here every 6 months when working in Bay City. The service is great. They have a manager’s reception in the evening. The desk staff is always great. Tonight, I came in from dinner & my key didn’t work. The desk person, Tilford, took care of me, immediately. I started to take my bath & there was no stopper. I called Tilford & he knocked on my door with a stopper. I really appreciate great service. So glad there is a nice hotel in Bay City & more appreciative of great customer Service!

The staff made this stay for me. The rooms are always clean and kept up. There is a pool and a fitness center on site. There is also laundry service and free breakfast. The hotel is located right outside of town so you can get anywhere you need in just a few minutes without being in traffic.

Room is great. Breakfast service has included different items each morning. Staff has met and continues to meet all my needs. It has been great staying here. My stay begin on 9/17/17 will will end after mid October 2017.
