Good hotel with nice personnel. Check in went smoothly. People were attentive and helped whenever required. Breakfast typical style wuth friendly service personnel. Room were ik and clean, operation of airco slightly difficult. All in all a recommendable business hotel

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast had plenty options and afternoon happy hour was a nice touch. My kids loved the cookies! Staff was very nice and eager to please. Convenient washer and dryer available for use. Close to many restaurants and the mall. I'd stay here again if in the area.

it was okay. i just expected the same experience we had in the one located in Waco Texas. Overall it was a nice place to rest my head during my stay in Brownsville. I MIGHT consider staying there when visiting Brownsville, its a toss up.

Family trip. Excellent service, convenient location, top cleanliness. Awesome swimming pool and hot tub. Breakfast always good and convenient variety. New carpet just installed. nice atmosphere. Convenient business center and fitness area.

As a Hilton Honors member, Hampton is one of my regulars specially Brownsville location, after so many times at this particular place, I made many friends among hotel staff, they really treatme A+, thank you guys, will see you again soon...
