Our vball team and several others stayed here for a tournament on the 18th. Staff were great, rooms clean and well kept and breakfast choices were excellent! It was a little crowded in the pool, seating area at night and breakfast in the am but the hotel was full with hockey and vball teams so that was to be expected. Would definitely stay here again!

we stayed in the hotel for a hockey tournament. we had a double queen room , the sink had a large crack in it and the TV channel selection sucked. Not even 1 movie channel. the beakfastbin the morning was not very good

Apart from a terrible phone call with a front desk manager, this hotel is a gem in Windsor. If you're in a wheelchair be sure to call the hotel before you book to ensure their accessible room meets your needs in terms of sleeping space. The roll-in shower is great as is the space in the accessible suites. The breakfast is perfect. Our kids love making waffles and the staff are great with them.

We were in Windsor for a concert and stayed at the Hampton Inn. From the minute we arrived the staff was pleasant and more than willing to help. The original reservation was upgraded to a suite however since there were 2 of us we asked to have it switched to a room with 2 beds. They quickly made this change and it was all good. The room was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was staying at this location due to its proximity to the US-Canadian border, and the ease of finding it was great, and it is a straight drive to the Ambassador Bridge. It is easy to find, and the place is very clean. Checking in and out is very easy.
