I contacted the manager Sandra several times via e mail and phone and left messages never once met her or talked to her to express my concerns. Mark and Dominique were amazing Night audits. My Housekeeper was horrible with my room she never cleaned the tub or vacuumed she just brought in new towels. I stopped allowing her into the room. If I were to come back to Carson City it would be my last choice in a hotel. Amazing breakfast in the daily.

G8775EHchrisron 22/10/2017 13:10The hotel is clean, well staffed and very conveniently located. The breakfast is more than enough to please just about anyone and 24 coffee service is a great bonus. The rooms are clean and well appointed and the staff is welcoming.

backspin18on 22/10/2017 05:05stay overnight for a weekend family trip. excellent service for the breakfast. room is clean. only thing I'd hope for is to have an extra chair /small-couch in the two queen beds we stayed. the room has only one chair which makes everyone else (4ppl total) have to sit on beds.

The price was more than we are used to , but the Reno area seems to be priced more than average the breakfast was your average buffet without anything outstanding

Texan127on 20/10/2017 23:21The wife and I recently spent one night here. I stay in Hamptons nationwide, and this one is excellent. Upon arrival, we notices that all the parking is covered with car ports, with solar panels....neat touch. We were promptly greeted and check-in was a breeze, since I had pre-checked on the Hilton App. Room was clean, cool, and functional. Everything worked. Breakfast the next day was great, and no complaints... Fine value for the money.....
