A typical Hampton hotel
toya hon 09/11/2017 02:21When we got to our room I noticed there were no toiletries in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they quickly brought us some. You can set the AC to blow continuously so it drowns out any sounds from your neighbors. I woke up because the bed was shaking/vibrating during the night. My sister was in the room next door and said she felt the vibrating as well. My sister requested two cribs and they were in the room when we arrived. We asked for a late checkout and the front desk was very accommodating.
Good hotel. Poor cleaning and maintenance
T5096NOthomasron 16/10/2017 20:04The hotel is in good condition. I have stayed here several times. The cleaning of the common areas is not done well. I have seen the same garbage in the stairwells over a 5 day stay. One time they did not do my room at all.
I had an issue on the last stay. Simple problem to fix the thermostat but I had to talk to 3 people over 12 hours too get them to send up maintenance.
I will say that when I have to change my schedule the hotel is very flexible.
Overall Nice Motel
Brenda Lon 11/10/2017 04:08Stayed four nights. Overall good experience. Great location to restaurants, regional airport, and nearby attractions. Fossil Rim is a must see. Breakfast was okay, but we ended up only eating it once since I didn't like the eggs or sausage.
Hospitality staff will make or break your visit
Scott Con 08/10/2017 22:02Hampton Inn and Suites in Cleburne, Texas is a clean, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. The hotel is of the caliber you would expect from a hotel located in an upscale area even though it is in rural Cleburne. This is a great place to stay while you visit the north end of the Hill Country.
Not the expected Hilton standard
956robbieson 05/10/2017 02:21The room we were first given was not cleaned. No sheets on the bed etc... The new room was average. Debris was on the floor and carpet. (Peanuts on the floor. Could have been an issue if occupants had peanut allergies) Staff was friendly. Breakfast was hot. Would have like to have had more fruit choices.
