Very immature manager and night staff. Vehicle parked on white curb and threatened with towing because it was against their rules. Woke up next morning to find vehicle parked at red curb blocking fire lane. Vehicle was there all night as it had snowed as was snow covered

This new hotel was out in the middle of no where and yet the cost was way too expensive. We are used to under $100.00 at the other Hamptons we have stayed at. It was very clean and new and the breakfast was okay but the cost was way high.

We stayed at this located 7 months ago and were impressed. But rates have gone up. I am a Hilton Honors member. In February I was able to book using points (10,000). Now they want 20,000. My brother in law paid for his and he paid $99. Now the rate was $159. I waited until the last minute and tried all discounts and was finally able to get it down to $113 with a 48 hour cancellation refund. Since we have been please with this Hampton, we elected to pay that, but there are other places that we have stayed in Dumas that are still great for around $80. So read reviews and get the best deal.

Inn was well maintained inside and out. Room was spotless and well supplied with all we needed. Slept well and plan to stop back by this property on our way home. Staff was cheerful in welcoming us and very helpful.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room waa near and clean. The breakfast was good and hot and fresh. The breakfast staff kept the area clean and stocked and we're very courteous. We will stay here again.
