Paid $40 more per night by booking room on-line instead of direct with hotel. The on-line rate was $119 per night for a 3 night stay. Had to stay over 1 additional day due to extended stay at a local hospital where my wife had surgery. No issues with the hotel, just the fact that the cost of the additional night was $79 instead of the $119 charged for each night of my on-line booked stay, which was for a Sunday night, Monday night and Tuesday night. The extended stay was for Wednesday night.

The hotel had great reviews when we were booking it. Upon arrival, the staff were great! The service was awesome. The room... not so much. We got a King Studio. When we entered the room, the appearance was clean. Upon touching furnitures and appliances, that seems to not be the case. The mini fridge door was dirty and had to wiped down. The tables and nightstands had some sort of sticky residue on it. The TV remote was sticky. The TV didn't work. The internet was intermittent as it kept dropping every 2 minutes for us. The carpet was sticky so we couldn't really walk barefoot on it. Besides the cleanliness of the room, the hotel staffs were great. They were helpful and nice.

not the first stay at this property, clean, courteous, convenient, the three c's of hospitality, that the property meets. only short fall is a bland breakfast, and plastic utensils that resemble wet noodle in strength, knife would not cut a waffle with out bending or breaking, kind of wore through the dough, coffee was hot, yogurt was cold, plastic utensils made eating dietary

I've stayed here three times and each time my room was clean, comfortable and pleasant. They have a shuttle service to the San Manuel Casino, free breakfast which includes eggs, waffles, yoghurt, cereal, all kinds of toast and pastries, teas and lots of regular and high-end-type, stronger coffee. My room had a coffee maker, a huge flat screen tv, HBO, a well-appointed bathroom, good ventilation and a very comfortable bed. The pillows were down feathers. I slept really well. All that for about $115.00 including tax for one night. The place is a little hard to locate at first since its inside of mixed use shopping center with a restaurant, residences and a medical facility. Use your GPS device.

I recently stayed here on three different occasions, and the rooms were fine, the staff was great, but you could tell that the facility is in a state of limbo. Some of the common area finishes need refreshing, and if they do that, and add some new amenities it could be very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, and very courteous. This is clearly the nicest hotel in Highland, and could be nicer still if new work is completed.
