My husband and I spent last Friday and Saturday nights at the Hampton Inn Suites in downtown Knoxville. Our stay was comfortable and very pleasant. Every employee we encountered was helpful, friendly and eager to assist us. One standout Hampton Inn employee is Bethany! She works in the breakfast dining area, and she was absolutely spectacular!!! In addition, she made some delicious cakes, pastries and breakfast goodies fresh every morning. We will return to the Hampton Inn Suites in downtown Knoxville just to enjoy Bethany's warmth, humor and homemade treats!

We had to bring our daughters horse to the Vet hospital at the University for an emergency. We wanted to be close overnight in case things took a turn for the worse. With it being an emergency, we only had the clothes on our backs. We stopped at a gas station and I pulled up trip advisor for hotels and this one pulled up. I didn't even read the reviews! Upon arrival we were offered bottled waters and we hadn't even committed to the stay yet. I asked the rate and decided to stay and explained the situation. They asked what we needed and pulled out toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, and a comb and said if there was anything else we needed to let them know. We got to our room and it was super clean. One of the cleanest, quietest, and friendliest hotel we've ever stayed in and we stay in hotels about 20-25 nights a year. EXCELLENT! Will be my go to in the Knoxville area. Thank you for making our situation a little bit better.

Excellent, well maintained and staffed hotel [that we have stayed at on several occasions over the past several years]. Noted that a security guard [with security vehicle] was present during our most recent stay -- and certainly appreciated this addition.

This is a wonderful hotel. Friendly and efficient staff, immaculate rooms and a terrific breakfast. Would definitely stay at this property again in the future if traveling through the Knoxville area. I booked 29 rooms here on our way to Charleston and everyone just loved this hotel!

Stopped at this hotel on my bus trip and it was gerat. Hilton hotels are my first choice. Desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They really do set the standard for other hotel chains to strive for.
