The staff is indifferent and treats you like a number... except the breakfast staff, they are welcoming and friendly. Apparently they changed locking systems on the doors and you can't workout prior to 6am anymore.

Great stay! We will definitely return to this hotel. We have our college homecoming and we will come again to this hotel. Room was very comfortable. Pillows were great! We felt very welcomed. Hotel staff was very efficient

Hampton is consistantly a great place to stay. The hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. The most comfortable beds and the breakfasts are delisious and varied. I've stayed at this site several times with absolutely no complaints.

After checking in and checking right back out of a competitor’s hotel a little further north (disgustingly dirty), we were delighted to find a very clean room and a very friendly staff waiting for us at this Hampton Inn. We will definitely consider staying here here again on future trips through Georgia.

As always Hampton Inn is a great place to stay with friendly staff, clean rooms, and good value. This location was very close to where I needed to be and the staff was especially helpful and saved me a bunch of time. Additionally I was exhausted from a long day of driving when I checked in and the front desk was so friendly it but a smile on my face. I will be visiting Macon again soon and I will definitely stay at this Hampton Inn again
