Overall pleasant and accommodating. I appreciate the demeanor of staff, quality of beds and bedding. I look for these Hampton Inns when I travel. Also like the expanded breakfast hours and menu. Woyld recommend these locations.

My daughter, 14 month old granddaughter and I took a weekend trip to Mansfield to see the Richland Carousel and the Little Buckeye Children’s museum. This hotel was perfect! A large, clean room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast, quiet, great location, friendly staff, quick check in and check out and close to our activities. We arrived early and the little one was so tired, that I called the hotel to see how early we could check in. I was so impressed with the clerk. She was so accommodating and told us to come on in - she would find us an open room. I wish I had checked for her name - an older lady working around noon on 11-4-17. She was definitely an angel. The little one was fighting a bad cold and, being able to take a nap, allowed her to enjoy the rest of her day. Thank you so much for your kindness. We are already planning for another weekend visit!

You will not get a good night sleep here poor door construction with 1.5” gap so you hear everything. All the rooms I could tell had the same issue. Not planning to stay at this hotel again. Hope they try to fix it.

Stayed at The Hampton Inn while in town for a funeral. Updated modern minimalist styling. Clean. Reasonable price. Helpful, efficient staff. Breakfast is included. Comfortable beds. We will stay at Hampton Inns in the future.

Traveling by my self from out of state I liked the idea of being across from the state patrol building. I also liked that they had well lit inside hallways, no smoking, and no pets. The staff was friendly, my room was comfortable and clean. The complementary breakfast couldn't be beat and I enjoyed the workout room.
