Reservation of room did not match what I got. Rooms are small. Bed was absolutely horrible. expect to sleep on sofa, sofa bed, or the floor if you want to get any rest or expect to feel like you got rolled down a flight stairs!

Horrible experience!!! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My family and I stayed 1 night at this hotel for The Lights Fest and it was super uncomfortable and not a pleasant stay. The beds were uncomfortable and could literally hear a full conversation from the floor above us and footsteps at 5 in the morning. Also, the ladies that work the breakfast were soo rude and unprofessional. It was more than obvious that they are truly unhappy with their job and take their frustration out on the paying customers. 😡

I highly recommend this hotel. Hampton Inns, in general, are committed to delivering a superior product at a modest price. Even the breakfast is satisfactory. It is about all one can expect from a modest priced hotel like this one. The staff at Hampton Inns are always ready to help. I like the cookies in the afternoon and early evening. Makes me feel at home.

Very nice and clean. A comfortable hotel that always has hot coffee with flavored creamer in the lobby waiting on you. In a great location with many restaurants and places to shop and buy gas close by. A winner!

Very friendly staff, make you feel like they are glad you are there! Everything in the room was in working order. Some lamps could use brighter bulbs. Is everyone eat up with being green to the point they don't provide good lighting?
