Very nice hotel, lots of food in the area and right off the highway. Easy access to highway and customer service was excellent. Front desk makes it their priority to make your trip very comfortable. Lots of breakfast choices and all is complementary. Will stay again.

We normally stay at Hamptons and from the time we walked thru the front door it was not wat we are used too. The desk clerk walked out of the back room bare footed and in a sour mood. After checking in we asked for two bottles of water which we ALWAYS receive at check in. She curtley states that we were not diamond members and were not entitled. Wow!!! The room was not clean and the shower curtain was very moldy. Something you would expect at a Super8. The towels were thread bear. There were water rings on the end tables where a previous resident had rested a drink. Obviously not clean. I thought standards at Hampton were strict, which has been our reason to continue to book at your properties.

Overall very good experience. Staff very helpful would definitely recommend. Good breakfast included, very clean. Rooms very comfortable. Stayed for a week and it was very nice, felt right at home. Pillows were very comfortable. TV worked well good variety of channels available.

We were staying for my sons Wedding. We had 10 rooms booked. We arrived 1 hour prior to check in. They wouldn't give us our room stating check in was at 4pm. We were told we should have booked a room the night before if we wanted to be in the room prior to 4pm. Some of the party were planning on changing for the Wedding in the room. Ended up having to change in the bathroom. We ended having to leave our bags behind the desk. We all lined up at Midnight to get our rooms after the Wedding. The Front Desk Staff is Very unprofessional and not Presentable looking to be greeting guest. Will never use the hotel again.

This is a very clean, nice hotel. The pool is great. Good free breakfast. It is super close to Interstate 80 so you hear the traffic. The pool is eerily close to the expressway. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The woman at the front desk was not your typical pleasant hotel staff person; she was a little cold. The downsides were easy to overcome by the positives. It is close to Starved Rock and that was our destination. I would stay here again.
