Room was nice, I've stayed here before (about 5 months ago). Rooms were clean as was the bathroom. I didn't care for the pillows and had a difficult time sleeping, which was rough because I had to drive another 400 miles that day and I wanted to be refreshed and relaxed, not tired from lack of sleep.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good value! Professional staff, lovely complimentary breakfast. Enjoyed the internet service , as well as all the amenities.Will definitely return to this hotel! I could not ask for more!

Staff was very nice. Cheerful and genuine. Rooms were clean, new. Amenities were good; Neutrogena shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap. Towels were plush and thick. Bedding was good; standard Hilton bedding.

We visit Williamsport every year in October and stay two or three nights. In the past, we have stayed at mid-priced motels but this year we decided to try something top notch. While not perfect, this was an excellent hotel. The room size was huge, which we appreciated. We loved the large bathroom and the walk-in shower. This might have been the most comfortable shower we have ever experienced. There is plenty of space and desktop area to really spread out. We also enjoyed the very nice pool.
The complimentary breakfast was good but honestly not much different than we have experienced at lower priced hotels.
The management and staff were absolutely top-notch. We had an enjoyable conversation with the manager, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
We had one king sized bed which was comfortable but we found it to be very soft. We asked about it and were told that all the beds are the same. The manager offered to put a board under the mattress for us next time we come.
One design flaw in the bathroom is that the lighting could be better at the mirror for shaving. Also, our shower, wonderful as it was, had only one small soap dish. We were told there should be two.
This is an outstanding hotel and we will likely stay there again next year. A few minor flaws prevents me from giving a rating of 5.
